It's insane that with those players plus an aging Maitua, and young Kenny Edwards, Jacob Loko, and Junior Paulo we didn't win a premiership.......

Our insane lack of depth has been on full display with the amount of injuries we have this year. O'Neill should be shot into the centre of the sun for how shit he has been for us. I know we all say it every year but next year with Lomax hopefully we will be in a much better place.

I had this same operation a few years ago and was up walking 2hrs later and was signed to go back to work on full duties 10days later was also encouraged to get back in the gym from that day with no real restrictions other than if it hurts wait another week and try again. 12 weeks seems a long recovery time based on my experience. Once the disc has been trimmed all sciatia is gone instantly, i've had none since.
