That smile at the end….. this boy ain’t no victim. He’s already plotting

1.1k

u/shadowariser 2d ago

And that's the start of his villan arc.

191

u/PhthaloVonLangborste 2d ago

He's probably already a doctor barber himself

74

u/jokerfriend6 2d ago

So he pranked the hair dresser earlier, so he was just getting him back.

33

u/PhthaloVonLangborste 2d ago

This videos so old that he's grown to become a doctor barber because once you get filmed like this your life gets put into a bottle and you become that thing.

Both seem pretty mature. As long as they stay healthy and wholesome I hope we get a new prank every two weeks.

He can bring g in some fake hair and pretend the barber gave him a mid-chop

Was thinking the same, Its that sorta Homelander smile but everyone knows what he is really thinking.

They are the first names on his list lol.

I always love these videos. Poor kid

2

u/choose-Life_ 1d ago

It reminded me of Homelander too. Wonder what he did next? 🫣

Haha! He's just like, oh okay you wanna play. Here's a smile.

9

I think, if I remember correctly, the barber was paying the kid back for a prank the kid played on the barber earlier. There is a longer version of this.

6

u/Blahblah778 2d ago

That's what yall were seeing? When i saw that smirk i expected the comments to be how the kid knows they got him good in a completely harmless way, and they can all have a good laugh about it after, and he took it like a champ

9

Reddit is full of pussies and "victims".

369

u/Comfortable_Air2008 2d ago

I remember this story, as these two are longtime friends who used to prank each other.

47

u/DarkArcanian 2d ago

Oh ok. Cause if my barber pulled this on me. I’d never return

20

u/HydeMyEmail 2d ago

If you fell for this as an adult you’d deserve it.

I'm surprised how well that kid responded

264

u/randomtree7 2d ago

There's a back story to it, the kids a bit of a prankster himself if I remember right

185

u/PanBlanco22 2d ago

That’s what I remember to the back story as well. They’re good friends, and the kid had pranked the barber during the previous visit, and this was the barber getting back big time.

Nobody’s feelings got hurt. The kid was laughing by the end.

44

u/New-Affect-7317 2d ago

Yep, he also asked for kid's parents permission too

18

u/touchthebush 2d ago

Definitely a back story and a longer video. I sure the guy doing the hair cutting says something along the lines of "remember when you said you'd never prank me/make me cry?, well got you"

1.0k

u/VinnieBoombatzz 2d ago

That is the face of internalizing the hatred. Someone or something is going to pay for that eventually.

124

I feel like I saw the birth of a villain for a sec there

15

u/jjhuffington 2d ago

I said the same thing lmao

39

u/Cerberusx32 2d ago

Right. That smile the kid had at the end is him literally thinking about vengeance. And odds are, his will be more humiliating and embarrassment for his parents.

Some of us like being pranked. I know reddit is really sensitive about this stuff but as a kid I thought it was hilarious when my parents trolled me. And I trolled them back. It was great fun.

7

u/superdavey1 2d ago

I was 100% waiting for the swear words.

7

u/ryanmuller1089 2d ago

I lost the trust of my parents on April fools when they cut a grape fruit for me. I love grapefruits, always have.

Well they used a massive lemon instead.

12

u/Games_sans_frontiers 2d ago

Maybe he's used to his attention seeking mom's antics so once he realizes she's just filming for likes he just comes to terms with the situation pretty quickly. 'Not this shit again'.

2

u/HighHoeHighHoes 2d ago

He became a villain that day.

297

u/Icy_Swordfish8023 2d ago

For those who don't know the story, since this video was edited to cut it out, the kid previously pranked the barber. If I recall, he also claimed he couldn't be pranked back. They have a good relationship and this is why he took it so well at the end.

You can see it in his face, he's thinking "this mother fucker..." haha

Had a lady cut the top of my ear once like this. She still wanted to charge me for the haircut lol.

55

u/FemboyHugger99 2d ago

Currently bald because the barber got spooked by a mosquito… They too wanted to charge me…

22

u/Biscuits4u2 2d ago

Hope you told them to fuck right off with that nonsense

8

u/EnglishBeatsMath 2d ago

Is the haircut free if they cut your ear?

5

u/devishjack 2d ago

I mean, it's either free or they pay me for damages in court.

Happened to me at like 7 years old and I didn’t go to a barber again till my mid twenties. Figured my mom or dad could trim me for free and at least miss my ear!

32

u/FishoD 2d ago

Nope. A solid prank. Watch the whole video. He is a prankster himself.

23

u/godiegoben 2d ago

Idk why the fuck people act so sensitive about this one. He’s definitely at that age where he’s probably watching slasher films. It’s not like the barber was chasing him with a knife. Good lord.

11

u/RoncoSnackWeasel 2d ago

Wasn’t there more to this, originally? The kid had pranked the barber, and this was the next step on the prank-escalation ladder.

5

u/GBinAZ 2d ago

Was that my ear? YAH.

Lolol

15

u/DinkleMutz 2d ago

4

5

This is a cut scene from The Boys about homelands as a kid, right?

2

u/VegasGamer75 2d ago

The kid looks like a young Homelander and I think we just got an origin story.

2

u/tendad 2d ago

I have a healthy sense of humor, but if my barber did that to me, I’d punch him in the nuts.

2

u/Organic-Matter1147 2d ago

You can actually see the moment he died inside very funny

2

u/No_Tap7283 2d ago

2

u/SpelunkyJunky 2d ago

2

u/gaza199 2d ago

Can't fully remember the full story, this was either revenge for the little dude pranking him or the little dude gets him back next visit!

2

u/blarge84 1d ago

He's too young to swear but in his head he's calling his mom and barber all of them

4

u/osj777 2d ago

He didn’t think it was weird he felt like no pain at all especially considering the amount of blood

15

u/Correct-Purpose-964 2d ago

Have you never had an injury you didn't see till you saw the blood? I slashed my hand once and didn't know till i tried picking upba woodsplitter and i lost my grip cause of all the blood.

To this day i have no god damn idea how i did that. Afterward you don't feel pain just panic.

5

u/Rick_Da_Critic 2d ago

I was playing airsoft with my friends and got shot point-blank in the hand. I called my hit, walked back to "base" and noticed that my hand felt a little stiff. I looked at my had and saw it was covered in blood. Then I felt the pain. I had been shot right on my finger joint and it had swollen so much I thought the plastic bb was inside my skin.

→ More replies (3)

2

u/osj777 2d ago

I’ve heard of that but never had it happen. When I have been sliced it usually sting at least a little first before the real pain kicks in

2

u/felonius_thunk 2d ago

I am forever doing things to myself then wondering "Why is my arm sticky?" and there's just a cut there for no reason I can think of. It's fucking annoying, but to your point, yes, it is very easy to not even know you've been harmed until you see it.

Just as another example, my mom used to work in a big industrial laundry back in the 60s and had to check her arms for new burns every night. Apparently after a while you just don't feel them when they happen.

2
