It’d be just under $400 million if you went standard 1-kilo gold bars

A standard gold bar is 12.4kg or 400 troy ounces. There are other sizes but what you picture when you think about a gold bar is 12.4kg.

Well, it's still a pretty sweet deal.

How much space do they take up? And how public will your receipt of them be? I think you're getting robbed or the floor of your living room will collapse.

They are standard but yellow gold plated

That many would probably have at least some value all together though.

Welcome to China. The world has no idea how many fake or gold plated bars are out there because of China some are Gold coated tungsten, others are a copper alloy.

Yellow gold bars was also my choice. Maybe not as expensive as the yachts, but much easier to cash out

Doesn't depreciate either.
